We can help to do machine transportation to customers.
Sea shipping, train tranporation or air freight delivery, it will depend on client’s common requirements.

If installation work can not be done by client, we can send mechanical and electrical engineers there to complete installation. An experienced installation team is quite valuable. It can be treated as one more guarantee for machine long time running.

We can give free training for our customers. Clients can send their operators to our factory, also our installation team will provide a systematic training after installation done.

Along with machine shipping, we will give some free spare parts. Normally that is enough for 1 year consumption use.
We have a spare part storage to ensure daily machine production and customer after-sale service.
Common consumption parts and standard parts: 2-3 days ready for delivery. Other parts: 7 days.

One of our advanced technology is that we will equip our main machines with remote monitor function (hardware and software programming). In this way, we can know machine running conditions easily and give service by online diagnosis.

Our machines can run for more than 20 years. We have perfect document record on machine mechanical drawing, electrical programming. Anytime ready for service.
