General Introduction
Glass Bottle Beverage Filling Line on sale covers from bottled water to all kinds of carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks. Glass bottle can be small neck bottles or big neck jars. Caps can be aluminum caps, crown caps, ring-up caps, or twist caps. Speed from 1000BPH to 36000BPH.
For different beverage type, we will choose different filling valves, mechanical valves for water, hot filling mechanical valves with recycle, Isobaric carbonated filling valves, or other customerized filling valves. Aslo the flow chart can be different after filling: cooling tunnel, warming tunnel, pasteurizing tunnel or retort(autoclave) will be optional by need. For glass bottles, there will be various choices for labeling machine. Stick adhesive label: 1 label, 2 labels, or 3 labels a bottle (front, back, neck), cold glue label: 1 label, 2 labels, or 3 labels a bottle (front, back, neck), also sleeve and shrink label, even some glass bottles using opp hot glue label not a lot but still some.

Production Process for Glass Bottle Non-carbonated Beverage Filling Line:
Empty glass bottles and caps supply from market. If beverage features and the shelf life expected not clear, it seems complicated to confirm the line machinery. Some options as following for technical process chart: sterilizing before filling and afte filling.

Production Process for Glass Bottle Carbonated Soft Drinks Filling Line:
Water Treatment System to get RO water as raw material for csd mixing system and rinsing water for filler monobloc.
CSD Mixing System: according to drink formula, caculate the volume needed for water, sugar, ingredients, addictives, perferveratives etc.
Mix sugar first to get syrup, then mix all other materials together before carbonating mixer.
Carbonating Mixer function is to mix concentrated beverage, more RO water and CO2 together, then pumped to filler, filling temperature will be set around 4-6℃.
Actually csd filling temperature is decided by the drink infeed temperature itself. Filler will maintain its temperature during filling. Higher temperature will make CO2 drink unstable, bottled filling level and co2 content will be affected. Standard process as this:

Manual Loading
Manual Loading is enough for Small Filling Speed Need. Less Space, Low Investment.

High Level Depalletizer
Glass Bottle suppliers provide bottles by pallet. Beverage production line should have a machine to depalletize bottles and send them to filler one by one . After high level depalletizer it needs a long conveyor for buffering, aiming to lower the glass bottle height same as filling machine.

Low Level Depalletizer
Low level depalletizer makes glass bottle infeed easier, as it will grasp the glass bottles from pallet then put them on low position conveyor chain at same height as filler. Bottles can move to filler area directly.
