Standard Air Conveyors, using single filter without side covers and bottom covers for indoor use.
Ultra Clean Air Conveyors with side covers and 2 stage filters.
Aseptic Air Conveyors with side and bottom covers complete with 3 stage filters consisting of Pre Filter, Filter and Final Filter.
Features Of Air Conveyors Include
Bottle collating device to collate several bottles before releasing bottles to travel along the air conveyor in a smooth manner.
Automatic bottles size change over using Siemens PLC touch screen mornitor control.
Drop gates to allow bottles to be discharged at suitable locations on the air conveyor.
Diverter and Merger units automatically controlled by PLC with option to run in manual mode.
Electrical cabinets with CE standard components used.
