General Description

This machine series are specially designed for carbonated beverage filling, combined with rinsing, filling and capping. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of carbonated beverage techniques, on the bases of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced technology abroad. It is reasonable in structure, safe to operate and easy to maintain, which is an ideal choice for beverage producers.

Air conveyor is connected with 3-in-1 monoblock directly. Bottle transport adopts neck-fixing way. its advantages:

(1) when user needs to change bottle size but bottle diameter does not change or just changes a little, our machine no need to be adjusted to switch for different bottle size. When bottle diameter changes bigger, it only takes very short time within 10-30minutes to replace change-over parts. It is very convenient for user and saves the cost and time of switching bottle formats.

(2) It avoids second pollution to bottle mouth.

Rinser

● The rotary tray is welded with SUS304 stainless steel completely.

● Adopt Promethean overturning grippers. The gripper blocks bottle neck, avoiding

● possible pollution to bottle mouth screw position caused by rubber pieces of traditional grippers. The gripper is made of SUS304 stainless steel, sanitary and durable.

● Adopt high-efficiency spray nozzle. Water is sprayed out according to set angle and can wash any position of bottle inner wall. Wash completely and it saves water.

● Bottle grippers and overturning organ adopt anti-erode bearing of IGUS from Germany

● Rinser drive is transported through gear by drive system in the machine base.

Filler

● Rotary tray is made of SUS304 stainless steel.

● Adopt hot filling process.

● Filling valve is made of SUS316L.

● High-precision and high-speed filling valve with level precision ≤±2mm.

● Adopt integer liquid tank and the tank’s liquid level is controlled by float ball.

● Filler drive is provided through transmission of gears by drive system in the machine base.

Capper

● Adopt magnetic constant contortion capping head. Capping effect is stable and reliable. Fraction defective≤0.2％.

● Cap falling rail equips device preventing reverse-caps passing and taking reverse-caps. It equips one group of photoelectric switches. While there is no cap in the rail, the machine will stop running automatically, which avoid bottles without caps effectively.

● It equips bottle infeed inspection switch, controlling caps discharge, together with cap locking cylinder in cap dial tray, guaranteeing stopping to feed caps while no bottle and reducing cap lost.

● High-efficiency centrifugal cap sorting way, little abrasion.

● Cap unscrambler equips cap-lack inspection device, for control cap elevator.
