General description
This Machine Series is designed for non-carbonated beverages filling, like Juice, Tea Drink, Dairy Drink etc.
Air conveyor is connected with 3-in-1 monoblock directly. Bottle transport adopts neck-fixing way. Its advantages:
(1)When user needs to change bottle size but bottle diameter does not change or

just changes a little, our machine no need to be adjusted to switch for different bottle size. When bottle diameter changes bigger, it only takes very short time within 10-30minutes to replace change-over parts. It is very convenient for user and saves the cost and time of switching bottle formats.
(2) It avoids second pollution to bottle mouth.

Working principle: Bottles in air conveyor are transported through starwheel to rinser unit. The rotary tray of rinser equips neck-locking grippers. The gripper clamps bottle mouth and turns 180°along the guide rail and makes bottle mouth down. In given area of the rinser, the given nozzle sprays pure water to wash inner and outer wall of bottle. The clean bottle is guided out through starwheel into filler unit. The bottle in filler is hold by bottle neck splint. Bottle moves up and down through mechanism effect under the move route of cam. Bottle moves up to open filling valve and filling starts. When water in bottle rises and blocks air returning hole, filling stops. After filling finishes, bottle mouth descends and leaves filling valve. Then bottles are transferred into the capper by a neck hanging star wheel. Anti-rotation blades on capping heads will seize the bottle’s neck to prevent it from rotation and hold it in an upright position. The twist-on capping head will make revolving and rotating movement along with the machine to finish the complete capping process of cap picking, placing, twisting, and disengaging under the control of a cam. A discharge star wheel discharges finished bottles onto outfeed conveyor belt to be conveyed out of the filling machine.
