Our range of Cold Glue labelers offers multiple solutions for various labeling requirements. These fast, reliable and cost effective machines are suitable for cans, glass, PET, and plastic containers such as bottles, flasks, containers of cylindrical, square, rectangular and irregular bottle shapes. Also, the cold glue process is the best choice for decorative labels and for keeping costs down.

The bottles are positioned by the infeed worm for wrap-around operation at the labelling point, the rotating glue cylinder receives cold glue from the glue tank, which gets transferred onto the Glue Rubber Roller.
Finally a thin film of glue is transferred to the gluing pad. The bottle moves onto the conveyor with the help of a worm, and the glued label from the pick-up cylinder is wrapped around the container via strip belts. Then the labeled bottle moves further through a rubber pressing belt & stationary rubber pad that ensures neat & perfect application of the label.
