General Introduction
The machine is single layer and single channel tunnel type cooling machine, designed for bottled or canned hot-fill beverage cooling, such as: juice drink, tea drink, soy sauce, fruit wine etc. Bottles after hot filling, entering into cooling tunnel, cooling to room temperature, removing water drops from bottle body, keep it clean and dry, that will be helpful and necessary for labeling step and packing step. With its sophisticated spraying nozzle system, it cools all products gently down to ambient temperature, in order to avoid distorting their taste of colour.
Applications
Cooling of all products in glass bottles, PET bottles, and cans.
Output: 3000BPH to 36000BPH.
