●Bottle inside tracking spouting and bottle bottom fixed spouting several times, together with water blowing and drying from two strong aspirators, ensuring cleaning of all residual, meeting international sanitary standard.

●Two, three, four or five soaking tanks. Each tank is in a circular heating system for to save energy and water. Three label removing processes will remove remaining label efficiently and completely.

●Main drive and bottle discharge chain adopt variable frequency motor, and modulated with frequency conversion. Loading and unloading bottles are accurate, and smooth, without falling because of cam gear and link mechanism.

●Multiple safety overload devices will guarantee safe operation of machine, automatically unload in case of bottle block and jam, and automatically reverse to rest after clearing of fault.
