This filter is designed to remove Fe/Mn elements in water, especially in mineral water. Tens of Mineral water manufacturers such as Robust, Shenzhen Wutong Mountain, Yangjiang Yuebao, Huashan Quan, Wuliangye, etc, have used the kind of equipment and usually after the treatment of water by it , the Fe content in the water will be below 0.03mg/L, and the Mn content is equal to 0.01mg/L.
Sand Filter And Carbon Filter
These two types of filters adopt different types of filtering media (Quartz Sand, Manganese, Magnetite, Anthracite and Activated Carbon) to treat raw water to effectively purify and remove suspended solid pollutants, residual Cl, impurities & organics in water, to absorb the abnormal odor of the water and to adjust the PHof the water .
This device used a method of ion substitution to soften hard water;in the process,Ca2 andMg2 will substitute for Na . Depending on the quality of raw water and water using schedules,the water softener, which has a single tank or multiple tanks,is able to make one level or two levels substitution.Moreover,with the capacity for round-the-clock water treating and the feature of manual operation besides automatic operation,it is especially suitable for supplying proper water for low-and-medium pressure boilers and producing softened water for other industries.
Micron Filter – Cartridge Filter
The device is made of imported stainless (SUS304 or SUS316L)and other materials. There are many different makes of the filter in micron pore, cartridge material, flow rate and size. The filter has a very compact structure which is easy to dismount, clean and back-wash. The micron rate varies from 0.1 um to 60 um . As a suitable filtering media , are selectable titanium, stainless steel,PP.Nylon, PSF ,PTFE, and PVDF. The molding of the filtering media molding process could be done by sintering , hot melt spraying, wire winding and folding .
Reverse Osmosis System
Reverse osmosis(RO) is a membrane-technology filtration method that removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution when it is on one side of a selective membrane. Reverse osmosis is most commonly known for its use in drinking water purification from seawater, removing the salt and other substances from the water molecules. It is widely used in producing ultra-pure water, pharmaceutics process water, cosmetics, seawater desalination, drinking purified water, distilled water, high pressure boiler water and power station water supply and so on.
Nanofiltration is a relatively recent membranes filtration process used most often with low total dissolved solids water such as surface water and fresh groundwater, with the purpose of softening (polyvalent cation removal) and removal of disinfection by-product precursors such as natural organic matter and synthetic organic matter. Nanofiltration is also becoming more widely used in food processing applications such as dairy, for simultaneous concentration and partial(monovalent ion) demineralisation.
Microfiltration is a membrane technical filtration process which contaminants from a fluid (liquid & gas) by passage through a microporous membrane pore size rang is 0.1 to 10 micrometers（um）. Microfiltration is fundamentally different from reverse osmosis and nanofiltration because those systems use pressure as a means forcing water to go from low pressure to high pressure. Microfiltration can use a pressurized system but it does not need to include pressure.
The system uses pollution-resistant, hydrophilic PES as its own building material , so it enjoys the advantage of longer lifetime, lighter weight and compact struture. On top of that , it can withstand high density residual cl-, H202 solution. When it is used in treating bacteria and viruses, the killing rate could reach up to 5log. As a result, the turbidity of water is below 0.01NTU, well above American SWTR standard.
It can kill bacteria and organics or residual bacteria and organics left by ion. On top of that , it can exterminate bacteria in resin bed and bacteria and virus in drinking water. Most importantly, it will not cause any side effect when used in producing ultra-pure water, bottled water etc.
Ozone is a very active oxidant and disinfectant. Ozone disinfection has many advantages, for example its uses of little dosage, its fast reaction in the water and in the water with 5.6-9.8PH & 0-37℃, the ozone disinfection efficiency is highest. The ozonator uses air or oxygen as raw material for processing ; it produces ozone under high-voltage AC conditions and on the silent discharge process . In addition , if ozone contact system adopts a method of a tower-type fixing blending or a dynamic blending, it will get the best performance.The system has been used in disinfecting drinking water, swimming pool water and removing the color and todor of water.
Bromate Controlling System
According to the latest Chinese standard on Natural Mineral Water, GB8537-2008, bromate contact in natural mineral water shall not be above 10ppb. Therefore, we developed a new type of ozone-adding device. Based on a special U-shape structure , the device named bromate controlling system ,can effectively improve the efficiency of the mixture of ozone and water and stabilize the density of ozone. With the help of an online monitoring system, it can in real time monitors flow rate, ozone density,etc.
