Our factory is near Shanghai and Wuxi Airport. You can fly to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Wuxi Shuofang Airport, or take a train to Shanghai or Wuxi train station. We will arrange to pick up there, about 2 hours drive from Shanghai, 1 hour from Wuxi.
Yes, sure. But before that, we need to confirm the machine list you need. There are vairous kinds of beverages, and different filling speed models. What’s more, there are so many machines for a complete filling line.
We will never compromise on machine quality to get a lower price marketing. But we will try our best to give an ecomonic good price.
For most machines, we will complete the production ready for shipping within 30-90days.
For those non-standard customerized machine, it may be a little longer.
For combibloc and aseptic cold filling machines, it will take around 120-150 days.
Generally we accept T/T and L/C. 30% as Down-payment, 70% before shipping.
In order to take necessary machine test running before shipping, normally we need at least 1000bottles for each bottle size, 5000caps.
We don’t suggest that as water filling requirement is much different from other beverages or csd, like bottle design, cap type choice, beverage mixing process, treatment after filling, filling valves strucutre confirm etc. With a thoughful plan with much details confirmation, some different beverages can share one same filling machine.
We contracted to provide 2 years warranty for our machines. That means within 2 years, except those consumption parts, all other parts or mainteanance cost caused by our machine itself problem, we will replace the parts for free.
There will be some necessary spare parts for free along with machine shipping. Within 1 years, the spare parts can be enough for those consumption parts, like springs, seals, rubbers etc.
For other common and standard parts, we can get it ready for the air delivery within 2-3 days. If some extra parts need processing or purchase from outisde, we will try to complete it within 7 days.
